What an Oakley CRA Delivers and What Happens Next

For a pharmaceutical company with FDA-approved sterile injectables and no UK or European presence, market entry raises two linked questions: is the opportunity worth pursuing, and who will deliver it if it is?

Oakley’s Commercial Readiness Assessment (CRA) answers the first question with the delivery requirements in view. Oakley can then deliver the subsequent CMC, regulatory and manufacturing phases, so a positive assessment does not leave your team to build a programme alone.

Phase 1 Commercial Readiness Assessment

CRA is Oakley’s client-facing application of its pharmaceutical due diligence capability. It brings together the commercial opportunity, product and portfolio context, regulatory position, manufacturing and supply considerations, route to market and material dependencies.

The report distinguishes evidence from assumptions, identifies gaps and sets out the recommendation and its conditions. It helps leadership understand what merits investment and what must be resolved before progression.

A delivery route after the assessment

Oakley can deliver all three phases in sequence: Commercial Readiness Assessment (CRA), CMC execution and regulatory submission, and Commercial Manufacturing.

Following completion of CRA and an agreed decision to proceed, Oakley can deliver phase 2. Following completion of that phase and a further decision to proceed, Oakley can deliver Commercial Manufacturing to support launch and supply within the agreed scope and subject to the necessary approvals and readiness.

Our experience in bringing pharmaceutical products to market through regulatory and manufacturing delivery connects the assessment to the practical work that follows. We prefer a collaborative relationship and agree responsibilities and client involvement around your team’s needs.

Support whatever the findings

If CRA supports progression, we define the next phase with you. If evidence is missing or the opportunity needs reshaping, we explain the implications and options. If the opportunity does not justify investment, we help you make a reasoned decision to stop.

You commission one phase at a time and can end the project at the completion of any phase. Progression requires your decision to proceed and an agreed scope for the next phase.
